How much does a mobile cocktail bar for a wedding cost?
There are four fixed packages: 50 drinks for €900, 100 for €1,390, 150 for €1,890 and 200 for €2,390, all incl. VAT. Two bartenders, ingredients, ice, real glassware, setup, breakdown and travel within Berlin are included, the wooden bar from the Medium package.
How many cocktails do we need for our wedding?
For catering we plan three cocktails per guest for the evening. If that’s not enough, 25 more drinks cost €250.
Can we have our own wedding cocktail?
Yes. We create a signature drink with you just for your day, named after you if you like. It costs €90 per drink.
Do you cover the drinks reception too?
Yes, with the welcome drink: one drink for everyone, ready when your guests arrive from the ceremony. €175 per 25 guests.
How long does the bar stay open?
Three to five hours of service, depending on the package. Each extra hour costs €140.
How many guests can you serve?
From 20 guests. For large weddings we agree staffing and timings with you beforehand – the XL package comes with two bartenders and a helper.
Do you come to Potsdam or Brandenburg?
Yes. Tell us where your venue is and we’ll tell you straight away what travel costs. Within Berlin it’s included in the package.
What do you need on site?
About 2 m of space for the bar, a power socket and access to water. We take care of setup and breakdown.
Are there alcohol-free drinks?
Always. Every cocktail is also available alcohol-free, with the same technique and the same presentation. Nobody is left standing with a glass of water.
How early should we book?
As soon as the date and venue are set. Saturdays between May and September go first.
How does payment work?
30% on booking, the rest up to three days before the event, both by bank transfer.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to three days before, we only keep the deposit. After that, the full amount is due.
