Planning the round
We suggest a round of cocktails that suits your group. Every drink can be made alcohol-free. We quickly agree timings and schedule.
We set up the stations
On the day, we set up the cocktail stations on your tables: shakers, tools, ice, glasses and ingredients. All you need is tables, power and water.
You mix, we guide
We show every step and you mix along straight away. We go from station to station and help. At the end, we clear everything away.

How much space do you need?
A few free tables for the cocktail stations, plus power and water nearby. We don’t need a bar of our own for a workshop.
How long does a workshop take?
Usually two to three hours, depending on group size. Three cocktails per person are included; with an extra round, it takes a little longer.
How big can the team be?
From eight people. Up to 40 people, you can work out the price directly above. For larger teams, we set up more stations and bring in extra staff — just drop us a line.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Clear the tables, that’s all. We bring the stations, ice, glasses, ingredients and tools, and take everything with us at the end.
Can it be completely alcohol-free?
Yes. Every cocktail works alcohol-free, with the same technique and the same balance. Let us know in advance how many people will be mixing alcohol-free.
What does a workshop cost?
€59 per person net, from eight people. Three cocktails per person, glasses, ingredients, guidance, setup and breakdown and travel within Berlin are included. Under “What it costs” above, you can work out the price for your team.
How early should we enquire?
Two to four weeks is comfortable. At short notice, more is often possible than you think — just ask. Only in December do dates go quickly.
How does payment work?
30% on booking, the rest up to three days before the event. You’ll receive an invoice in advance.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to three days before, we only keep the deposit. After that, the full amount is due.
Is a cocktail workshop a good team event in Berlin?
Yes. Everyone stands at the shaker, mixes at the stations and gets talking, including colleagues who rarely work together. We come to your office, meeting room or venue.
Can we combine the workshop with our Christmas party or summer party?
Yes. Many companies book the workshop as part of a Christmas party, summer party or anniversary. We match the drinks to the occasion, in winter for example with cinnamon, orange and cranberry.
