Occasion, date, location and an approximate number of guests is enough. We’ll reply within 24 hours.
Offer & menu
You get the right package and a proposal for the cocktail menu. We adjust both with you.
Fine-tuning
We clarify timings, setup location, power and water in advance, so nothing is left open on the day.
Setup & service
We set up the bar, serve all evening and take everything with us at the end.

How early should we enquire about the Christmas party?
As early as possible. Fridays and Saturdays in December go quickly. Ideally, enquire by mid-November.
Is there a Christmas menu?
Yes. We mix winter classics and our own Christmas drinks, for example with cinnamon, orange, cranberry and star anise. Every drink can be made alcohol-free.
Do you come to our office or venue?
Both. We set up the bar in the office, at a rented venue or at your home. All we need is power, water and about two by two metres of space.
Does this work for a private Christmas party too?
Yes. The packages apply to private parties in exactly the same way; you’ll find private prices on the private catering page.
What does the cocktail bar for a Christmas party cost?
There are four fixed packages from 50 to 200 drinks, from €900 net. Two bartenders, ingredients, ice, real glasses, setup and breakdown and travel within Berlin are always included, the wooden bar from the Medium package.
How does payment work?
30% on booking, the rest up to three days before the event. You’ll receive an invoice in advance.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to three days before, we only keep the deposit. After that, the full amount is due.
