How many guests do you cater for?
From 20 guests, so far up to 60. If your party is bigger, message us anyway — we’ll bring extra staff.
Can we have a say in the menu?
Yes. We build the menu around your occasion: your favourite drinks, seasonal ideas and, on request, a drink named after you.
Are there alcohol-free drinks?
Always. Every cocktail is also available alcohol-free, with the same technique and the same presentation. Nobody is left standing with a glass of water.
Do you do weddings too?
Yes. For weddings, we put the menu together with you — on request with a drink of your own for the couple — and serve all evening.
What do you need on site?
About 2 m of space for the bar, a power socket and access to water. We take care of setup and breakdown.
What does the catering cost?
There are four fixed packages from 50 to 200 drinks, from €900 incl. VAT. Two bartenders, ingredients, ice, real glasses, setup and breakdown and travel within Berlin are always included, the wooden bar from the Medium package. Add extras like more drinks or an extra hour above.
How early should we enquire?
For larger parties, four to six weeks; for a house party, less is often enough. Asking at short notice is always worth it.
What if our guest numbers change?
No problem. Just switch packages. We agree timings and details with you until shortly before the event.
How does payment work?
30% on booking, the rest up to three days before the event, both by bank transfer.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to three days before, we only keep the deposit. After that, the full amount is due.
How much does a mobile cocktail bar for a wedding or birthday cost?
There are four fixed packages from 50 to 200 drinks, starting at €900 incl. VAT. Two bartenders, ingredients, ice, real glasses, setup and breakdown are always included, the wooden bar from the Medium package.
Can the bar come to our garden?
Yes. All we need is power, water and about two by two metres of space, indoors or outdoors.
