Planning the round
We suggest a round of cocktails that suits your group. Every drink can be made alcohol-free. We quickly agree timings and schedule.
We set up the stations
On the day, we set up the cocktail stations on your tables: shakers, tools, ice, glasses and ingredients. All you need is tables, power and water.
You mix, we guide
We show every step and you mix along straight away. We go from station to station and help. At the end, we clear everything away.

How much space do you need?
A few free tables for the cocktail stations, plus power and water nearby. We don’t need a bar of our own for a workshop.
How long does a workshop take?
Usually two to three hours, depending on group size. Three cocktails per person are included; with an extra round, it takes a little longer.
How many people can join?
From six people. Up to 40 people, you can work out the price directly above. If you’re more, drop us a line — we’ll set up more stations and bring in extra staff.
Do you also come to a holiday flat or a roof terrace?
Yes. Flat, Airbnb, garden or roof terrace: as long as power and water are nearby, we set up there.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Clear the tables, that’s all. We bring the stations, ice, glasses, ingredients and tools, and take everything with us at the end.
Can it be completely alcohol-free?
Yes. Every cocktail works alcohol-free, with the same technique and the same balance. Let us know in advance how many people will be mixing alcohol-free.
What does a workshop cost?
€69 per person incl. VAT, from six people. Three cocktails per person, glasses, ingredients, guidance, setup and breakdown and travel within Berlin are included. Under “What it costs” above, you can work out the price for your group.
How early should we enquire?
For private parties, a week is often enough, and it’s worth asking at short notice too. Only in December do dates go quickly.
How does payment work?
30% on booking, the rest up to three days before the event, both by bank transfer.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to three days before, we only keep the deposit. After that, the full amount is due.
Does the cocktail workshop work for a hen party or birthday?
Yes, those are the most common occasions. We set up the stations at your home, Airbnb or venue, you mix together and we take care of the rest.
Do you come to every part of Berlin?
Yes. We work all over Berlin, from Mitte and Kreuzberg to Spandau and Köpenick.
