  • Send us a message with the essentials: the occasion, your date, expected number of guests and your venue or location. The more you tell us, the better — but a broad outline is enough to start.

For a product launch, each cocktail on the menu might be named after a feature, a value or a character of the product being launched. For a brand activation, the menu might reflect the campaign's visual identity in its ingredients and garnishes. For an anniversary event, the drinks might map to the company's journey — a cocktail for each significant decade, ingredient choices that echo the company's origins, flavours that connect to wherever the business was built.

We've catered intimate client dinners for 15 people and large-scale corporate events for 60+. The service model adapts to the scale, but the quality standard doesn't. Smaller events receive the same menu craft and bartending care as larger ones; larger events receive the additional staffing and logistics planning they require.

  • Yes — as a genuine, considered part of the menu, not an afterthought. Every cocktail has a non-alcoholic equivalent crafted to the same standard if requested. In a corporate environment, inclusivity is not optional — and we treat it accordingly.

  • For larger events, we recommend 6–8 weeks in advance. For Q4 events particularly (October–December), earlier is significantly better. For smaller events or more flexible dates, 3–4 weeks is usually manageable. Last-minute enquiries are always welcome.
